College has been quite the experience. I have never done anything this hard and fun in my whole life. I have learned so much. I am not the same person I was a year ago. Life outside of my little Riverton bubble is amazing :) I love P-town.
Sooo.. At the end of fall semester I wrote down all the things that I did in those couple months in my journal, and a few weeks ago I wrote down all the things that happened semester too! Now.. I am going to share them with you :) There are only a few people that will actually know what I'm talking about in some of these... but thats what makes it even better haha so feel free to reminise with me:
1. Movie night with apt. 102. We brought sugar cookies over.
2. Wii at apt. 128. First time meeting them!
3. Movie at the bowl park with 102 . We watched Prince of Egypt.. and cuddled...
4. First pie night with Spencer. "Spencer Rubarb pie. Hot with ice cream." haha
5. Night games at UVU with 124. "The white team cheats" First time meeting! (now its a beautiful friendship)
6. Spoons in the Riviera lounge with 124
7. Ward Prayer at the IOS. We watched Mulan after with lots of men.
8. Pie night again, but this time we played volleyball after. First time meeting Jacob! (thought he was a punk with a wifebeater)
9. NBC premiere night. We got fifty chicken nuggets to eat while watching haha
10. First ultimate frisbee game with 124 and friends. Then we played the trash can game, Kenny go hit in the face and we witnessed a car accident.
11. We had a campfire up the canyon and had "midnight confessions" haha
12. Conference weekend with 124. We had ravioli for dinner and met up with them downtown after priesthood sesh.
13. We made a telephone out of the Ravioli cans. Brilliant.
14. I had a birthday!! And it was perfect. Rain, Perry cake, friends, and I got my first carabiner for my keys.
15. B.o.B came to town. And, regretfully, we went to the concert.
16. Preston and Brock stole me and Kenlynn one night and we went to Murry :)
17. Ultimate frisbee games. The best.
18. Haunted Forest! Yes we went... and I loved it. We watched a scary movie at 124 after.
19. I got a boyfriend! Yes its true, and we made M&M cookies for everyone after we held hands. Presh.
20. I carved the BEST "Y" pumpkin in the world.
21. Girls Pref week. I went on five dates in one week. Record!
22. Harry Potter Premiere!!!!! Oh good times... Have you seen it? Doby dies...
END OF FALL-BEGINNING OF WINTER
23. I lost a boyfriend but gained a best friend :)
24. New Years party with 124. First time I knew I loved watching Preston brush his teeth haha
25. Gained a love for Raquetball.
26. Gained a love for Chipotle, Sammy's, and UVU institute's "Lunch Bunch"
27. The Jimmer Mania.
28. Valentines Day! We handed out kisses on BYU campus and had a sweet dance party.
29. March 5th... the big day... Jimmer's last home game against Wyoming. Best. Game. EVER. 102-78.
30. Spring break! Ate at Pei Wei for the first time, wandered around Cabelas, had a Mario Kart war, went to a creepy junk yard, saw the whole fam damily, and took my sister back to Provo with me for a night :)
31. "Murder in the dark" nights at Spencer's house!
32. Lots of trips home.
33. D&C came out of no where and changed my life.
34. Conference again!
35. New hair every three weeks, and now I currently have feathers in my hair.
Between school, work, and me being extremely emotional this semester... Thats all I can think of for winter semester hahaha
OH man... now my hands hurt! When I first wrote these in my journal I loved reminising and remembering all the fun times me and my friends had, but after typing them on a blog for the whole world to see I have realized that I did some weird things haha. I wouldn't trade my life for anything right now. If I could be nineteen and single for the rest of my life I think my world would be fantastic. Well... maybe not single.. haha ;)
Anyway, I hope those of you who are in this list appreciate it and have fun remembering what we did!
And everyone else, I hope you see the joy I have in my life right now and see just how great Provo and BYU wards are :)

Having participated in 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 24, and 31 I can vouch for Erin in that the things we did were not weird, but awesome. Great post Ern. Good times and a great post.
ReplyDeleteIn response to #5, I am so glad I was a part of the white team that cheated. :) And i'm so glad we infiltrated enemy lines, discovered the secret codes and combination's of the green team, and won. White team for life!
